Frequently asked questions

  • A €20 deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total on the day of your treatment.

  • Be on time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your session. In such cases, your €20 deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance, free of charge. Changes made after this window will result in loss of deposit.

  • To maintain a serene and sacred space, we kindly ask that you do not bring guests to your appointment.

  • We do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours so we can find a solution together.
